  • The check-in process at Bramblewood Estate begins with a warm greeting from our concierge complete with complimentary house champagne. As many guests travel from out of state, check-in can begin as early as 10:00 a.m. (ET). Next, the concierge provides detailed information about the estate's facilities and amenities and answers any questions the guest may have. After a tour of the estate, we will assist our guests getting settled in, carrying their luggage and offering assistance with any additional inquiries or requests. At Bramblewood Estate, we strive to ensure our guests feel welcomed and comfortable throughout their stay, and the check-in process is just the beginning of a wonderful retreat.

  • At Bramblewood Estate, we take pride in our smooth and hassle-free check-out process. Upon departure, guests simply need to make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked. Any trash accumulated during your stay may be disposed of in the trash receptacle located in the attached garage. Our attentive staff is always available to assist and answer any questions guests may have. We understand that check-out can be a stressful time, especially when guests are eager to head home or continue their travels. That's why we strive to make our process as efficient and stress-free as possible, ensuring that guests leave feeling satisfied with their stay. In lieu of this, our check-out time is not until 2:00 p.m. (ET) to ensure you have plenty of time to enjoy your last morning at the estate. Our highest priority is providing exceptional service and the check-out process is no exception.

  • At Bramblewood Estate, we understand that sometimes, things don't go according to plan when it comes to travel. That's why we offer a flexible vacation rental cancellation policy. If guests need to cancel their reservation, they can do so up to 45 days prior to their scheduled arrival date and receive a full refund. If guests need to cancel between 30 and 44 days prior to their arrival, they will be refunded 50% of their reservation fee. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any portion of the reservation fee if guests need to cancel less than 30 days prior to their arrival. Guests may cancel their reservation within 24 hours of their booking confirmation and receive a full refund of any fees paid. We want our guests to feel comfortable and confident in booking with us, while also being mindful of the time, effort, and resources it takes to manage a private estate.

  • Please note that a two-night minimum is required for all stays unless otherwise noted. During some holidays, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, a four-night minimum is required.

  • A deposit of 50% is due upon completion of the Rental Agreement, and will be applied to the overall reservation total. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to a guest’s Check-in Date. A security deposit in the amount of 25% of a guest’s reservation total is required. Albemarle County’s Transient Occupancy Tax and Virginia Sales Tax are not included in the nightly rates.

  • At Bramblewood Estate, we offer a range of exceptional concierge services to cater to our guests' every need. Whether you require transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, or help with planning and booking activities, our concierge team is on hand daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to assist you. We can also assist with personal shopping, housekeeping, and laundry services, ensuring your stay with us is as effortless and comfortable as possible. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff are always ready to provide recommendations and insider knowledge to help you get the most out of your stay at Bramblewood Estate.

  • At Bramblewood Estate, we pride ourselves on our top-of-the-line security features to ensure the safety and privacy of our guests. Our gated entrance requires a unique code which is only given to guests 3 days prior to their arrival, preventing unauthorized access to the property. Additionally, the main access door at Bramblewood is equipped with an electronic padlock, which requires a unique code provided to guests 3 days before their scheduled arrival. Furthermore, if any alarms are triggered, our property manager is notified and we have partnered with a 24/7 on-call business to ensure any emergency is properly handled. These added security measures ensure that only authorized guests have access to the estate, providing peace of mind for our guests during their stay.

  • Bramblewood Estate is surrounded by numerous local attractions that are worth exploring during your stay. The estate boasts its proximity to several vineyards and cideries where you can enjoy some of the finest wines and hard ciders. The estate is also just a short 15-mile drive away from Charlottesville, VA where you can explore the vibrant historic downtown mall bustling with restaurants and music halls. You can also take a short trip to visit several historic landmarks nearby, including Monticello, James Monroe's Highland, and The Rotunda, which graces the grounds of the University of Virginia. Whether you are a history buff or simply looking for a fun day out, Bramblewood Estate provides endless opportunities for adventure and exploration.

  • While we love pets, we do not allow pets at Bramblewood Estate, aside from service animals. Pertaining to Events, pets are allowed, but may not go indoors or spend the night unless they are a service animal or unless written permission is granted.

  • At Bramblewood Estate, we understand that life can often be unpredictable and events can get cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. This is why we have a comprehensive Event Cancellation Policy in place. In the event that a client needs to cancel their event, they must submit a written request to our team within ten (1o) days of submitting their deposit and signed contract. In such cases, the client will receive a refund of any deposit or pre-payment made less a $500 admin fee. However, if the cancellation takes place thereafter, the client’s deposit is non-refundable. This policy ensures that both parties are protected in the event of any cancellations and helps us maintain the quality of service our clients have come to expect from us.
